Staying at this resort was a mixed bag. The location is a huge plus, being right at Santrem Beach, and the outdoor pool area is really inviting. The dining experience was delightful, with great food, especially in the restaurant. However, poor service and room communication left much to be desired. Overall, if you're looking for a place to relax, it does have potential but with some shortcomings in service.

The location has a good balance of nature and proximity to the airport, and while the restaurant offered excellent hospitality, the overall service and cleanliness left much to be desired. The rooms were not well-maintained, and the lack of basic amenities made our stay quite inconvenient. A refund might be on the cards for us, as the experience did not match our expectations.
